LOUISE AVERY
ABOUT LOUISE AVERY:
Louise, the author of 'Lois & The Living Teas', can now add founder of LA Brewery to her resume. The Suffolk based brewery, has created a line of products that have given a fresh and tasty British twist to kombucha.
I was first introduced to her brand a couple of years ago and it’s been wonderful to see her kombucha making headway in the market since. We bonded over our love of Mull and belief that a good Kombucha can be so hard to find these days.
Louise was gutsy enough to quit her 9 to 5 and concentrate on her own well-being after living with tummy trouble for some time. I'm grateful she did because this feisty lady managed to officially launch her range of drinks in April. This is no mean feat might I add. Managing to bottle a living tea is amazing. If anyone has watched me uncap one of my Kefirs, you'll have noted it can sometimes be akin to pulling the pin on a grenade
